    Suggestions

    Sort and rinse overnight soak cover beans with 3 to 4 times water, soak 8 to 12 hours. Drain and rinse. Boil to remove toxins reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Cook 45 to 60 minutes until beans are soft. Add salt or acidic ingredients tomato, vinegar, lemon after beans are tender.
